About us
Located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire The Vocal Zone provides fun and educational singing lessons for all ages and abilities. Whether you are working towards being the next big thing in music or just want to sing in the shower.
Our teachers know that every person is different which is why we cater our lessons to each unique student and work at their own pace.
We offer many performance opportunities for those who would like to step out of their comfort zone including our regular concerts. We are ready to take you through all the elements of singing and stagecraft to help you unlock the performer within!

Our 30 minute private lessons are designed for each students ability. These are our most popular choice of lesson, you will have a dedicated time and day that is locked in for the term.

Our one hour private lessons are great for those wanting to take singing to the next level. we recommend these for our HSC students wanting to excel in their practical music exams.
With more time each lesson to work on more songs.

This is a great way to have fun working on a solo song and group song where you can try harmonies!

Sinéad ✨Our director and teacher at The Vocal Zone!
Sinead has been a vocal teacher for over 10 years. Being trained by Australia’s leading vocal coaches she has travelled near and far to perform including Tokyo Disneyland as a young solo artist and onboard P&O cruise line as a duo performer as of 2019. She studied at The Australian Institute of Music before taking over The Vocal Zone in 2018. She is now specialising in Wedding music all over Sydney and putting her focus into teaching the next generation finding their own unique voice! Helping them get to where they strive to be whether that be the next big thing on tv, a recording artist or just to be a more confident performer!

Sienna Jay is a professional singer, vocal teacher and aspiring recording artist
Sienna is 18 years old and a full-time student studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Music and Performance at JMC. Her passion for singing began at the age of 8, and since then, she has extensively performed across New South Wales.
Sienna completed her HSC as an all-round performing arts student majoring in Music, Drama, Performance, and Entertainment at Southern Cross Performing Arts, Burwood. She achieved a Band 6 in Music, which earned her a well-deserved spot on the NSW HSC Distinguished Achievers Honour Roll for Music 1 in 2022.
In 2022 Sienna won 1st place in the Sydney Catholic school Eisteddfod, Contemporary Solo Performance. Sienna has also won many other awards and talent quests over the years for her vocal ability, technique and overall performances.
As a member of the Bankstown Talented Advancement Program, Sienna received training from some of Australia's leading vocal coaches and industry professionals. The program gave her various opportunities to showcase her talents, which resulted in numerous awards and talent quest wins over the years.
Sienna Jay is currently a versatile freelance professional vocalist who has been performing with The Dauntless Crew all over NSW and is currently performing at various prestigious events and festivals such as the Royal Easter Show, Carols by Candlelight, weddings and both private and public events, which have earned her a reputable name in the industry.

Kayla is 18 and has been singing since she was 5. Over the past few years, Kayla has been cast in many musicals, including recently performing the lead of “Elle Woods” in Triple Menace Studio's, 'Legally Blonde Jr' (2022), the supporting role of “Gretchen" in Engadine Musical Society's 'Freaky Friday’ (2022), and much earlier as “ensemble” in ‘Candyman’ at Riverside Theatre (2013). She has recently been cast as “Gingy” for EMS’ production, ‘Shrek’ in 2023. Kayla performed alongside the top 100 Kids in Australia on ‘The Voice Kids’ (2014), making it to the Blind auditions. She has acting experience of 13 years and dance experience of 12 years, and has directed and performed the lead in her school play, ‘Ruby Moon’ (2021). She has performed at The Royal Family Show at Fox Studios, The Royal Easter Show, and successfully competed in various singing eisteddfods. She loves composing and producing her own songs, and is experienced in most genres of singing including musical theatre, pop, jazz, country, indie and punk. Kayla took many performing arts courses for the HSC including music 1 (placing 3rd in state), drama and VET entertainment. She was nominated for HSC Encore, and selected for SCS HSC Showcase. Kayla is completing her Diploma of Musical Theatre at NIDA in 2023.
